  •  I am paneled with Tricare standard also known as Tricare Select and Tricare Prime.

  • Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, BCBS Federal and Anthem Healthkeepers

  • For those with other insurance not listed above, I am able to provide you a superbill for services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at the rate they offer.

Rates:

 

  • $150.00  Initial session takes about 1-2 hours usually between 2 sessions to complete.

  • $120.00 per hour for individual therapy, Marriage & Family therapy, Premarital  and or life coaching.

  • Cancellation/No Show fees

  • Please allow for at least 48 hours to cancel a schedule appointment to allow me to rearrange my schedule for another client.

  • No shows or the day of cancellations with result in a $75.00 charge to your account. 

  • This charge is not covered by insurance.
